Thank you very much for the GREAT stay in the hotel during our stay.

Though some of the staff were very unfriendly, I had a comfortable stay.

Thanks all for a really nice stay for the holidays. The room was huge and updated, we liked it. It met expectations.

All the services were good, the room was brand-new with couch and the bathroom, for instance. Central location close to many attractions, shops, the bridge, it was in a downtown area.

It's clean hotel nestled in an elegant style building in the pretty nice area. Comfortable room, beautiful bathroom.

Everything was perfect, so were pleasant views out of our window-amazing. Wonderful room, that also was newly decorated. Appreciated the food at their on-site restaurant Rivue.

Fairly clean, unique hotel, there was a beautiful lobby. The location was best possible, for example, Muhammad Ali Center Museum was at a near distance from the venue. The food in the restaurant was excellent and the restaurant was nice!

The time I spent there was really really nice. The bedroom was updated and brand-new. There was extremely comfy bed & a large bathroom. It was central and close to York. The hotel took care of the good service.

Everything is perfectly fine, acceptable value, special hotel overall. Charming, cute location near Kentucky and downtown and the bridge into Kentucky. Also, easy to get to Louisville Slugger Museum & Bat Factory. Stunning & relaxing unit with King beds and couch, as example.

This hotel was good standard and I will be back. Abundant breakfast, well soundproofed rooms, amazing views. Pool was great and beds were perfect.

The rooms are huge with 2 full size beds and the overall experience is such great.

The room was non-smoking and we loved the stay. Plenty of supplies in the room: central heating, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a seating area.

Hotel was funky, I greatly enjoyed it. Posh area, central location. Efficient check-in and fantastic customer service.

Light, gorgeous room and cheerful staff. And it also had excellent view. The facilities were brand-new and easy to use.

I had really good days staying at this non-smoking hotel. Room was very sweet, bed was comfy, stuff was useful. Breakfast was varied and there was a great selection of food to choose from. Generally everything was really good, but the bathroom was very dark.

Room was well soundproofed the food was exceptional, 4 stars. Staff were ready to help, providing impeccable service. Hotel was tidy. I thoroughly enjoyed the venue's Irish bar. Overall a very relaxing stay - good value, considering prices in other hotels.

I stayed here 1 night and I loved it.

Characterful and spotless hotel, dedicated staff and unbeatable location. I greatly enjoyed the fact that super breakfast included fresh fruit, yogurt, bakery, pastries and cheese. The English bar was fantastic and the drinks were complimentary.

The hotel is simple and has an interesting design.

The room I booked was cleaned and available with the shower, couch. The price was me$ 186. Location: the hotel was right by downtown, Kentucky and bars.

I didn't find food which I wanted, so was a little disappointed.

We loved location and stuff of this venue. The hotel was located really close to restaurants as well as the river. Popped in Doc Crow's for shots before sleep, it was around 10-15 minutes walk from the venue.

I loved the private beach and the extremely friendly staff.

Lovely pool, pretty property. Breakfast was abundant, it consisted of pastries, bakery, yogurt, fresh fruit and cheese. Location very close to bars, the bridge, the river. Our whole experience was very peaceful, would be happy to recommend.

So ideal location and the food was fine. Nice bed, luxurious bathroom and air conditioning, coffee facilities and high ceiling in the room. Plus their wifi was excellent. Greatly enjoyed Louisville, the hotel was medium. The property restaurant was fabulous.

It was a just perfect time staying at this convenient hotel. Room had a reasonably large bathroom and coffee and USB ports. Very convenient parking and worth every penny breakfast. Fast check in and late check out.

The hotel was tidy and well placed with free wi-fi. The genuinely professional staff there were ready to help. Nice garden and amazing pool.

Everything was so perfect, but we stayed for 4 nights only. Truly amazing breakfast, magnificent rooms, very comfortable beds. Stuff was so very helpful - they made our stay very pleasant. Booked a room with delightful views. Very convenient location, an easy walk to downtown.

We had a new-fashioned room and extremely friendly staff. We needed Mobility Access room and it was available. This gorgeous hotel was in central location.

breakfast was reasonably priced, location was prime, staff was considerate. we did n't like the bed, it was awful, yet it was truly a such wonderful stay. we loved cold drinks at the snack bar.

When we arrived, air conditioning was a bit noisy.

In relation to the acceptable price paid, it was exceptionally friendly place to stay with perfect service. Got updated, great room that went out to balcony. At 0.5 miles distance from the airport. Had cold drinks in the atrium bar.

The stay was awesome! Super quiet place, it was clean enough. The bathroom was really large & the bedroom was separate. The property was set in a comfortable area.

Rooms and staff were lovely, and everything was very clean. Hotel friendly customer service. Really loved their on-site restaurant Al Js at the Conservatory, it was good.

deluxe hotel, perfect location, we booked a suite and truly enjoyed it. we dined very close to the venue at jeff ruby's steakhouse. the room was large and had everything we needed.

We truly enjoyed our time at the hotel, thanks. This venue charges 14 USD per person per day for breakfast. Great service throughout too.

Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like Milkwood that was only 5 minutes' walk away. Staff went above and beyond to help. Even the Louisville airport was not so far. Lovely base for a city break in Louisville;)))

Kfc yum center was 15 mins walk away. The hotel of choice in Louisville. We had access to free WiFi.

The location was great, with The Old Spaghetti Factory nearby. Brilliant place for your vacations in Louisville
